APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
A suitable rubber product starts with a clear understanding of the application. We review key requirements such as operating environment, temperature, contact media, dimensions, hardness or density, required performance and order quantity before confirming the product direction. Drawings are reviewed when dimensional or structural confirmation is required.

MATERIAL MATCHING
Material selection depends on more than a product name. We consider required properties, application conditions and product format when matching EPDM, NBR/PVC, SBR, CR, FKM, silicone and other rubber materials. In railway applications, for example, different materials may serve flooring, insulation, sealing or flame-retardant functions. Specifications may also involve hardness, density, cell structure, thickness, surface condition and delivery format.

PROCESS CONTROL
Different rubber products require different production routes. Depending on the material and product structure, processing may involve compounding, forming, molding, extrusion, foaming, calendering, vulcanization and finishing. We coordinate key process requirements according to the required thickness, structure, surface condition and final delivery format, rather than applying one standard process to every product.

INSPECTION & DOCUMENTATION
Finished products are checked against key order requirements such as thickness, width, length, appearance, surface condition and other relevant dimensions. Additional material-property testing can be arranged according to the product or customer requirement. Quality documentation may include batch numbers, production records, inspection reports, COA and raw-material lot traceability where applicable.
