Design & FEM
We have our own CNC mold center (or alternatively, mention globally certified standard parts if not available). We have over xxx sets of precision molds in stock to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the protective covers for each project. Besides manufacturing, our engineers also use FEA simulation (not understood) to optimize the performance of our [super conical protective cover] and [super bell-shaped protective cover], ensuring that the energy absorption perfectly matches your vessel’s requirements.

Compounding
The lifespan depends on the chemical composition. We use a balanced mixture of high-quality natural rubber (NR) and synthetic rubber (SBR/EPDM) (or, to put it another way, it’s not clear what the material is), along with high-quality carbon black and anti-aging agents. We strictly reject inferior recycled rubber. This custom formula ensures that our [arch-shaped fenders] and [cylindrical fenders] have excellent tensile strength and possess high UV resistance specifically tailored for the climate of your port.

Vulcanization
Equipped with a vulcanizing tank with a diameter of xx meters, we aim to achieve a one-step overall molding process for large-scale products. This technology eliminates layering and seams, which is crucial for the safety of high-pressure [inflatable rubber fenders] (ISO 17357). Whether it’s an emergency replacement or a batch EPC order, our elastic production line can ensure timely delivery.

Testing
Safety cannot be compromised. Each batch undergoes full-scale CV (constant speed) compression testing in accordance with PIANC 2002 Appendix A. (Not certain) We not only ship the rubber, but also provide complete anchoring templates (not necessarily) and installation manuals to ensure a trouble-free installation at your site.
