> b. Custom Extruded Rubber Products
In addition to custom molded rubber parts, CASIS offers a wide variety of extruded rubber for profiles,
sealings, gaskets, cords, hose, and insulation. These rubber extrusions have a specific cross-sectional
shape and are either solid or hollow or co-extruded with different rubber material or fabric or steel wire.
Extruded rubber profiles come in different lengths and are ready for conversion and fabrication. At the CASIS, we provide Value-added manufacturing such as die cutting.

Material selection:

Rubber cords are custom rubber extrusion products with a circular cross-section. There are two basic types: Solid round cords, Hollow round cords. But O-ring is based on molded process, although a part of O-rings are taken from rubber cord stock. Solid round cords are specified by outer diameter (OD). Hollow round cords are specified by both OD and inner diameter (ID).
